See Ridgefield from a whole new perspective with the running club, and start prepping for their different runs throughout the season (or their weekly Saturday Shop Runs). Also, hit the Ridgefield Running Co. for the best shoes and accessories, and get ready to gain some serious speed.
Golf: With Ridgefield Country Club’s lush grounds, you’ll want to spend many a summer day on the course. Pop on your visor and get ready to swing those clubs in the bright sunshine.
Ridgefield Recreation Center: With programs to entice children and adults alike, be sure to check out the Ridgefield Rec Center. Offering two beautiful pools, fields for all sports, access to Martin Park Beach, and a skate park; it’ll be tough leaving at the end of a glorious summer day.
CHIRP Concert Series: Get your feet in the grass and dance the night away at Ballard Park! The CHIRP Concert Series is your chance to hear some amazing local artists and meet new friends across town. Fourth of July Fireworks: Get the family and gather at the Ridgefield High School to watch this year’s spectacular Fourth of July display! Pull up a chair or lay out a blanket while you watch the sky illuminate with colors and designs of all kinds.
KICKS Public Art Event: Thanks to this exciting new public art initiative by ArtFul Visual Arts Initiative and Ridgefield Running Company, you’ll be able to enjoy huge artistic sneaker sculptures all around town. Artists and businesses have decorated these unique sculptures for the community to enjoy. Take a stroll and check out some awesome street art.
