Zen Meditation Session at The Meetinghouse

The Meetinghouse will offer its next Zen Meditation (‘Zazen’) session as a key element of the Health and Wellness initiative, which is one of the main pillars of the Meetinghouse’s range of offerings.

The session will be led by Robert Beckett, a good friend of The Meetinghouse and an experienced leader of Zen meditation programs. We intend to offer such sessions periodically over time.

Bring a cushion if you wish or take a seat in the pews.
