Every fall, photographer Jeff Eyrich travels to the Greek island of Patmos to interact with and photograph octopuses in their natural environment. He spends his days out in his small boat, free-diving and looking for octopuses, whom he finds incredibly intelligent, beautiful, perceptive and curious. He has been going to Patmos for 40 years and all the photos in this exhibit are from his most recent trip.  The exhibit is on display in the Ridgefield Library Lower Level Art Gallery through February 29th.
