MLK Day of Service For Kids Grades K-5

Children in Grades K-5 are invited to the Ridgefield Library to help us celebrate Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr’s birthday with a special service community opportunity.

We’ll read a book about Dr. King’s life and then honor his legacy by working together to create birthday boxes for Ruby’s Pantries, five outdoor food pantries created by a local student. Students will help create cards and assemble boxes to help others in the community celebrate their birthdays.
