Mindfulness Walk and Calligraphy Workshop

Saturday, November 11th from 12:00 – 2:00 pm

​Join Woodcock educator Tommy McCarthy for a brief walk followed by a mini brush lettering calligraphy workshop! On our walk we will learn to practice mindfulness while out in nature, taking in the beautiful sights and sounds around us. Afterwards we will learn to write one word in calligraphy with a brush pen, creating a finished piece on beautiful handmade paper. Participants will be provided with brush lettering pens and some other supplies to take home so that they can continue to practice the art of lettering on their own!
