D.Colabella Fine Arts Gallery: Juxtaposition

D.Colabella Fine Arts is proud to present two artists who explore texture and the effects of light, with very different outcomes. Eve Boase creates free flowing pieces with many curves and interactions, while local artist Terrence Mahon explores hard angles, prism-like structures and the role of shadows in the art experience. “We are always mindful of the dynamic between artists when we do a pairing for a show, but this show in particular felt very natural. The way that these two artists’ works come together form a show that examines how we interact with our daily surroundings and how we can find meaning or comfort in the many textures we encounter daily,” said Dee Dee Colabella, owner of D.Colabella Fine Arts.
