Stephanie came to Ridgefield with her family in 1968 and graduated from Ridgefield High School in 1980.
She has been married for 39 years to Robb Heering, a local real estate lawyer, has 4 adult sons, and makes her home at One Hump Farm in Ridgefield.
Along with Stephanie, her twin sons, Derek and Kyle, form the Property Twins Team at Coldwell Banker Ridgefield. Together they have over 30 years of real estate experience.
Stephanie is also the co-founder of two local non-profits, Angel of Ridgefield and International Camel Rescue.
Stephanie’s clientele range from first time homebuyers to celebrities, athletes and high net worth individuals.
