The Pine Mountain Reserve consists of 368 acres of open space as well as one of Ridgefield’s highest points at 1,021 feet. The reserve has several unique trails running through it and they all boast incredible views of Ridgefield’s natural surroundings. Rocky ridges and stunning wooded areas are not only on display, but also visitors will encounter a beautiful mix of Ridgefield’s flora and fauna. Hikers can also climb up Pine Mountain and take in the breathtaking panoramic views. The trailhead is located at the end of Pine Mountain Road.
