About
CHIRP is an acronym for Concert Happenings in Ridgefield’s Parks. It was started during the summer of 2002 to foster a stronger sense of community among residents and to enhance Ridgefield’s much treasured “small town feel.” CHIRP’s concerts seek to bring townspeople together in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Its mission is to give the residents of Ridgefield as well as the surrounding towns the opportunity to hear and hopefully to enjoy a variety of world and alternative music.
