TerraSole’s Tasting Menu

TerraSole Ristorante is a product of owner Pietro Polini’s culinary upbringing in Puglia, Italy. He opened this charming Italian eatery back in 2009 after meticulously renovating an old farmhouse right in the heart of downtown Ridgefield. Full of eclectic Italian artwork and natural sunlight, TerraSole finds its base in authentic Italian cuisine which features house made pasta, market fresh fish, dry-aged beef, seasonal produce, imported specialty items, and over 200 bottles of wine.

Polini along with his Executive Chef, Eugene Jerome, creates TerraSole’s extensive menu, weekly specials, and seasonal favorites. In fact, every Monday evening TerraSole offers an excellent tasting menu for guests to try their latest inspired dishes. For $35, one will be able to enjoy this carefully curated three-course meal.
