Aldrich After-Hours: Karla Knight

Enjoy an after-hours gathering in the galleries and Sculpture Garden for a chance to visit face-to-face with Aldrich friends and staff! This evening celebrates artist Karla Knight and the release of her first Museum publication, Karla Knight: Navigator. Knight will be signing books in her own pictographic language. Annual Mother’s Day Plant Sale

This is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate mom! Choose from perennials, native plants, vegetables and herbs, flowering hanging baskets, and floral designs by garden club members. Proceeds from the sale are used to benefit community garden and conservation projects throughout Ridgefield.

The Friends of the Ridgefield Library Big Book Sales are held on the Lower Level of the Library.

Run Like a Mother 5K

Ballard Park
Your favorite way to spend Mother’s Day returns to Ridgefield! The 5k race starts at The Ridgefield Playhouse and ends at Ballard Park, and is welcoming to both beginner and experienced runners alike. The Ridgefield Chorale will present “Only All of Us,” a concert celebrating resilience and heroes and the discovery of the strength that lies within us as individuals and as communities. The Ridgefield Chamber of Commerce is inviting all to welcome spring with a ‘Support Local’ Golf Tournament at Ridgefield Golf Course. The tournament includes a casual lunch at noon followed by 1pm shotgun start. There will be a variety of competitions in addition to 18 holes of tournament play.
