About the Special Valentine’s Day Show

Attend this very special performance, either live on stage or virtually. “Funny How it Happens: Valentine’s Day Celebration” features the talented Broadway couple Jarrod Spector & Kelli Barrett. Over the past 20 years, the Ridgefield Playhouse has been our community’s treasured performing arts center. They’ve enriched our community with countless performances, shows, and educational programs.
Even through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Playhouse was able to swiftly regroup to continue to provide safe entertainment and, most importantly, a sense of togetherness for the Ridgefield community.
As a non-profit performing arts center, the Playhouse hosts fundraising events so they can continue bringing valued experiences and educational programs to Ridgefield and beyond. But these efforts have been gravely affected by the pandemic, so their Valentine’s Day Raffle is an important new fundraiser to support their mission and vital programs.

Purchase raffle tickets for $25 each, and get a chance to win a romantic Date Night on the town and other great gifts. Three lucky winners will then be selected to win one of three prizes:
- Prize #1: BMW Date Night – Tickets for two to a show of your choice at The Ridgefield Playhouse, Dinner for two at Sarah’s Wine Bar, and a BMW with a driver for the evening.
- Prize #2: Adam Broderick Salon & Spa Package – A Gift Certificate from Adam Broderick.
- Prize #3: Jewelry and a Gift Certificate courtesy of Silver Ribbon Jewelry of Westport.
How it will help
The Valentine’s Day Raffle fundraiser will help support the Arts in Education program at the Playhouse which allows for collaboration with educators, students and parents to bring live, curriculum-rich theatrical productions to our stage each school year. It will also support the Arts for Everyone program which helps make the performing arts available to economically disadvantaged residents of Fairfield County and surrounding communities who cannot afford the cost of admission.

You do not have to be present at the show to win the raffle. This fundraiser is made possible with the support of: Adam Broderick Salon & Spa, BMW of Ridgefield, Silver Ribbon Jewelry of Westport, Campari & Cinzano Prosecco, Deborah Ann’s Sweet Shoppe.
This raffle is sponsored by and to benefit The Ridgefield Playhouse for Movies and the Performing Arts, Inc. The drawing will be held on Sunday, February 14, 2021 at 8:00pm. Three prizes will be awarded. Prizes are non-transferable. Ticket-holders do not have to be present to win. Prizes not redeemable for cash and excludes alcoholic beverages.
