Wildlife in Winter (online program for kids)

Children in grades K-2 join a member of the White Memorial Conservation Center in this online program to learn what strategies animals use to live through harsh winter conditions. Using natural props, animal mounts, and a couple of LIVE animals, you’ll learn how some animals in CT remain active in winter, while others hibernate, migrate, or go into torpor.
