Happy, sad, angry, upbeat… how closely do you monitor your internal mood? Artists and writers of all kinds can affect our thoughts and emotions. In this intergenerational poetry workshop, join Ridgefield’s Poet Laureate and Aldrich Educator, Barb Jennes, to discuss the mood-changing power of art in the Museum’s current exhibitions. Then, write a series of poems aimed at altering our readers’ internal temperature. No previous poetry-writing experience necessary; all ages welcome.
