Join us for a special Virtual Family Tour co-hosted The AntiRacist Table! Families are invited to explore our past exhibitions and notable alumni artists – including Kara Walker, Jean-Michel Basquiat, and Rudy Shepherd – with a particular focus on celebrating and uplifting the stories of Black and BIPOC artists from The Aldrich’s archive.
This tour is inspired by the 30-Day AntiRacist Challenge and forthcoming AntiRacist Family Challenge produced by Kirsten Ivey-Colson and Lynn Turner, founders of the AntiRacist Table. The AntiRacist Table celebrates Black and BIPOC narratives and histories and employs mindfulness strategies and education with the aim of dismantling racism.
