Chef Sarah Bouïssou of Sarah’s Wine Bar will craft a delectable meal from a selection of produce donated from local farms including Millstone Farm, Ambler Farm, Horseshoe Farm and The Hickories.​

No. 109 Cheese and Wine will provide a sampling of artisanal cheeses and appetizers, and a generous wine-tasting selection will be provided by Ridgefield’s Cellar XV Wines.

A tasting with craft brewers from Nod Hill Brewery will be on hand for beer-loving guests as well as selections from Two Roads and Palm.

The evening also includes a silent and live auction for a variety of popular items including VIP tickets to the Stephen Colbert show as well as unique Woodcock experiences.

Attire for the casual, cocktail style evening is “campground chic” and we welcome old and new friends of Woodcock Nature Center!
