Formed in 1958 , the O’Jays are a Philadelphia-based R&B and soul group known for their classic hits “Love Train” and “Now That We Found Love.” Today, The O’Jays consist of three of their original members: Eddie Levert, Walter Williams, and Eric Grant. Widely recognized as the first black vocal group to perform in arenas during the ‘70s and ‘80s, The O’Jays are a large part of America’s musical and civil rights history. The group has been inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame (2005), Vocal Group Hall of Fame (2005), and The Official R&B Music Hall of Fame (2013). In 2009, they were honored with BET’s Lifetime Achievement Award.
