Rising Horse Starr Rescue invites you to its 2022 Starry Night Gala: A Starr is Born, Sept. 24, 6-10PM at 93 Silver Spring, Road, Wilton, CT. The gala will support the rescue’s mission of saving, rehabilitating, retraining and rehoming abandoned, neglected or abused horses and educating the public about at-risk horses and the importance of protecting them.
