Event Details

Co-hosted by KTM&HC, this premiere event kicks off the Ridgefield Independent Film Festival. Catered appetizers served on the tented terrace will feature the culinary talents of local women chefs: Sarah Boissou, Barbara Nevins, Jes Bengtson, Silvia Baldini, Anna Llanos, and Chrissy Tracey. Food will be followed by a screening of the critically acclaimed, award-winning film A Fine Line, honoring women in food and hospitality, in the Garden House.

A Fine Line premiered on PBS last spring and was lauded “Best Documentary by Vanity Fair.” The film explores why less than 7% of head chefs and restaurant owners are women, hearing from renowned chefs and restaurateurs, including: Dominique Crenn, 1st and only three Michelin Star female chef in the U.S.; Lidia Bastianich, Cat Cora, and more.

This event highlights Ridgefield’s culturally vibrant community, while focusing on the many contributions from incredible women leaders and art partners in town.
