Join us at Keeler Tavern Museum & History Center every Wednesday afternoon from 1 to 4 p.m. beginning July 22 and running through August 26 to play outdoor, historically appropriate, socially distanced games like hoop and stick, croquet, or badminton.
All games will be supervised by “Coach” Chris Browne, Keeler Kids camp director. Parents can either drop off children and/or relax in the walled garden (socially distanced) or participate in the games.
Attendance is capped at 10 people; pre-registration is strongly recommended! Payment will be taken on site the day of the games via touchless credit card processing or cash/check made out to KTM&HC. To preregister, visit the link above.
All games are weather dependent. Activities will be cancelled in case of inclement weather; please check our Facebook page the morning of the scheduled game for cancellation information. Bring your own water bottles and snacks. Siblings and families welcome. Tell all your friends!
Covid Certification: KTM&HC adheres to all state rules for the safe re-opening of Museums & Aquariums issued by executive order on May 20. Specifically, only outdoor grounds are open (there are no Museum tours currently scheduled); visitors and participants must practice social distancing; face coverings or masks are mandatory; and everyone must follow one-way signage, as applicable.
Bathrooms in the Visitor Center will be open for outdoor game participants only.
