This series is designed to help you embrace your mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual body. This class will inspire you to use new methods to transform energy and integrate these practices into your every day life. Introduction to the meditative practice of Contemporary Shamanic Journeying and learn nature wisdom teachings of the Andes.
Part 1. October – Journeying to awaken your innate creative flow and connect to nature. We all have the capacity to grow. This class will help you connect to your sacred center and your energetic seed within that contains your energetic potential. Learn to feel more spiritually expanded by connecting with the forces of nature.
Part 2. November – Journeying to connect to your heart’s desires and journey beyond time to meet your future self. Journey will help you open your heart and feel more gratitude for everything in your life. Opening to your inner wisdom and the energy of your heart will help you discover what you are here to manifest in 2020 and beyond.
Part 3. December – Journeying for balance and harmony. Journey to connect with the male/female aspects of yourself. In the Andean worldview there are not conflicting opposites, only harmonizing complements. It is a philosophy celebrating the sacredness of difference. All living energy is useful. All energy is part of a system. This practice gives us an opportunity to create harmonious relationships with everything through reciprocal exchange as seen in nature.
