We are thrilled to partner with Ridgefield Symphony Orchestra to present the RSO Quartet for a performance inspired by current exhibition, Karla Knight: Navigator. The musical program will include pieces by Franz Schubert, Philip Glass, Gustav Holst, and Claude Debussy. The quartet features violinists Jorge Avilia and Mialtin Zhezha, violist Suzanne Corey-Sahlin, and cellist Nick Hardie. The musicians will elaborate on the shared connections they found between the music selections and Knight’s work during the performance including spacecrafts, language, mysticism and more.
This concert will be a limited, seated performance held in the Museum’s galleries.
