Bow WOW Art Dogs Spotted in Ridgefield

If you have recently visited Ridgefield’s Main Street, it’s likely that the Bow WOW Art Dogs have caught your eye! This town-wide art project is presented by the ArtFul Visual Arts Initiative (ArtFul) to celebrate the power of visual arts in our community this summer.

Bow WOW Art Dogs are sponsored by local businesses in Ridgefield and paired with local artists, showcasing these one-of-a-kind pieces of art. This project is a benefit for Ridgefield Operation Animal Rescue (ROAR), The Ridgefield Guild of Artists, and The Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum and the dog statues are up for “adoption” at the Leader of the Pack Silent Auction happening on September 25th at The Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum.

Leader of the Pack Silent Auction

On September 25th, ArtFul will be hosting a Silent Auction from 5pm-9pm at the Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum. The auction is your chance to adopt one of these dog statues! The event will benefit ROAR Animal Shelter, Ridgefield Guild ofArtists, and ArtFul Visual Arts Initiative. 

Reserve your seat to see all the Bow WOW Art Dogs in one place and help them find their fur-ever home. Hors d’oeuvres will be served and spirits will be available. Get your tickets for the Leader of the Pack Auction!
