Autumn in the Air Debuts in Ridgefield

Zoe & Co hosted artist AnneMarie Surfaro-Boehme

This past weekend was the debut of Autumn in the Air in Ridgefield, a special town-wide event produced by the inRIdgefield team to promote the “Ridgefield experience” as we head into fall. VIsitors and residents alike enjoyed the exceptional arts and culture events around town while taking advantage of special sidewalk shopping events at our local businesses.

The weekend was packed with cultural events including Third Weekends and a Fall Family Tour at The Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum, the Fall Booksale at The Ridgefield Library, and the opening reception for the 44th Annual Juried Exhibition at Ridgefield Guild of Artists. The Keeler Tavern Museum & History Center showcased the “A Land of Opportunity?” exhibit and over at the RPAC Gallery, artists came together for the opening of the “Beyond Limits” exhibit featuring the work of Guy Stanley Philoche and selected artists of The Philoche Collection.

It was exciting to see so many of our local businesses throughout town offering sidewalk sales, raffles, giveaways, and special discounts! Audrey Road hosted special offerings featuring Nutmeg And Apple and SG Focal Beads.

Visitors were able to view and purchase the latest designer jewelry and gifts from Amy Kahn Russell and get discounts on home goods, accessories, clothing, and kids toys at BellaHome.
