Family & Children’s Aid is partnering with the MLB Player’s Alumni to put together a free baseball clinic for ages 6-16. Learn baseball skills from former MLB players along with important life skills. This clinic is to raise awareness of the foster children in the area.

Many restaurants, businesses, and cultural venues will present the artwork of many artists in windows and on shop walls during this free, two-week festival. The streets of downtown Ridgefield will be transformed into a beautiful art gallery.

CHIRP is a series of free Tuesday and Thursday night summer concerts in Ballard Park. This month, some of the performers include The Brother Brothers, Damn Tall Buildings, Cris Jacobs, and Marcia Ball.

The Aldrich will be bustling with special activities and wonderful exhibits throughout August. In addition to kid-friendly workshops and artist discussions, the museum will have several exciting exhibits on display.
